Our moderate absorbency period undies, designed for moderate to heavy flow, have a moisture-wicking crotch that keeps you feeling dry throughout the day.

The answer highly depends on your flow, but change as frequently as you need to. Once you no longer feel dry or blood starts to seep onto the leg elastic, that’s a good sign to change into another pair.

There’s no need to. As long as you take care of your Relief Lilies and follow our recommended wash and care instructions, your period undies should last for years. We source the best quality materials to ensure the lifespan of your Lilies.

Yes, but be wary of your flow. The crotch lining and design should prevent you from leaks, but an additional level of protection (pads, cups, or tampons) is advised for very heavy flows.

Our cotton lining and bamboo core (the absorbent layer of your period undies) are naturally antiseptic.

Love it!

I've been looking high and low for a period underwear option. While I don't plan to stop using pads, I do want the assurance that I won't experience leaks especially during heavy days or at night. I'm glad I found the Relief lilies! The fabric is comfortable and the design allows me to pair it with my pads. Thanks so much for this well-thought-out product!

Period Panties

I am super satisfied with this period panties. I really love how it really fit me when i ised this overnight that is exactly that i have ng period. It really work! It does not have any blood stains on my bed. Thank you very much My lilies! Because of you I am not worrying if I would have some blood stains on my bed.
