How to Take Our Underwear Measurements

BRASSIERES

Take your measurements (in inches) using a tape measure. It must remain horizontal and snug; not too tight or loose.

  • Find your BUST measurement by measuring around the fullest part of your breasts (1)
  • Find your BAND measurement by measuring under the breasts (2)

  • Take your BAND measurement and round down to the nearest whole number
    • If it is an even number, add 4
    • If it is an odd number, add 5
    • The resulting number is your BAND SIZE
  • Find the difference between your BAND SIZE and your BUST measurement
Difference 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
Cup AA A B C D E (DD) F (DDD) G

The resulting number will determine your CUP SIZE

The Band Size and Cup Size combined determine your BRA SIZE

Example

Bust Measurement 37 38
Band Measurement 32.5 29
Band Size 32 + 4 = 36 29 + 5 = 34
Difference 37 - 36 = 1 38 - 34 = 4
Cup Size A D
BRA SIZE 36A 34D
