Do our nursing bras allow hands-free pumping?

They sure do! Our Life Lilies 002 and 003 are designed with breast openings to allow for hands-free pumping. They will fit any of these pumps: Avent, Bellababy, Haakaa, Medela. If you are using a wearable electric breast pump like Elvie, this can be worn in our Life Lilies 003 as well.

What is the material used in our nursing bralette?

The main fabric we use for our nursing bralette is micro modal. It's a cellulose-based material that is processed using sustainable methods. It feels much softer than cotton, it is breathable, and, it has cooling properties, making it ideal for our tropical heat.

Is micro modal like cotton?

It's silkier to the touch than cotton. We would say it is closer to the hand-feel of knitted bamboo -- cool and breathable.

What is Naked Packaging?

We are actively working towards stripping away excess packaging, to reduce our contribution to environmental waste. You will receive your Lilies without plastic packaging but will be enclosed in recycled paper and trims.

 Can I order Lilies for a friend?

You sure can! When you place your order simply fill in the Shipping Address with the address where you want the package to be sent. Then in the Payment Method page, under Billing address, select "Use a different billing address," put in your address and complete your order.

How can I check the status of my Lilies order?

There are a couple of ways you can check your Lilies order.

  1. Log in to your account on our website and find your order
  2. Open your Order Confirmation email and click the "View your order" button
  3. Locate your Shipment notification and click the "View your order" button

How can I track my Lilies package?

You can find your package's tracking information on your Order Information page. We use the most reliable shipping services and we expect your Lilies to be delivered on time.

Can I change/cancel my Lilies order?

Having a change of heart? You can change or cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. We process your orders within 2 business days; so that's how much time you have to change or cancel it. If your order's been shipped, email us at ask@mylilies.net with the specifics of your request.

Can I return my Lilies order? I changed my mind.

Absolutely! You may return your Lilies within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the items are unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and intact. We'll give you a full refund. Check our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.

Can I return my Lilies order? The fit is smaller/larger.

We're sorry we didn't get your size right. Please send us an email with details of your request through ask@mylilies.net

How do I find sizing information?

Your size may vary depending on the style and material we use. You may use our general Sizing Chart, but we recommend you check specific sizing guidelines for our various Lilies styles, to find your best fit. Should you need help taking your body measurements, you may refer to our Measuring Guidelines.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We primarily use UPS to ship your Lilies. But depending on where you are, we may opt to use DHL or FedEx. We use the most reliable shipping services and you can be assured your Lilies will be delivered securely and on time.

How long does it take until I receive my Lilies?

We process your orders within 2 business days. However, for select Freedom Lilies and all Life Lilies, we process your orders within 2 weeks because we make your Lilies based on your size.
